Adsense is Disable for invalid click activity

Hey Friends Here Are Any My visitor who can help me out                      

I was click on own ads 100 time and after A week i got an email your accout is suspend .

I was open my email and open the link which was in and the read  that and click on apeal form

I filled the form 6 time or more With diffrent ways but i was unable to enable my adsense account p

please help me out any visitor
